SUBMISSION OF EMAILED BIDS

ALL BIDS FOR THIS SALE MUST REACH OUR OFFICE NO LATER THAN THE DAY OF AUCTION 12:30 PM Pacific Time

EMAILED BIDS SHOULD CONTAIN:
" Your full name, mailing address and telephone number
" Indication of acceptance of our Terms of Sale
" Whether you are bidding in Canadian or US funds
" If you want to increase your bids by one increment to break ties

Please make sure your bids are correct and that you receive confirmation after sending your email. If you do not get email confirmation for bids sent his way within one business day please call us at 250-493-0145 to make sure we have your bids.

If you want to fax in a bid sheet please print our Online Bidsheet. Fax it back to us at 250-493-4076. If you have any questions please call us at 250-493-0145. We also take bids over the phone.

BIDDING INTERVALS

On the floor, the auctioneer regulates the bidding.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Bank Drafts:

Payable at any Canadian or United States bank.

Bank Transfers:

When paying invoices by bank transfers, wires etc., please note on correspondence to our bank "PAY AND
CREDIT THE ACCOUNT OF NORTHWESTERN PHILATELIC AUCTIONS, INC." Money must be
wired to our bank with all service charges pre-paid. Account and transit number will be sent at time of
invoicing if this method of payment is desired.

Personal Cheque:

In Canadian or US funds only, drawn on a Canadian or US bank respectively. Personal cheques must be
from a bank insside either Canada or the United States.

Visa, Master Card, American Express:

Please state account number and the expiry date

Postal Money Order:

In Canadian funds, US International Postal Money Order
